A Movement More than a Race
South India’s premier sporting event, TCS 10K Run, a symbol of fitness, community spirit, and philanthropy, raised over 55 crores for more than 650 NGOs in the last 16 editions.
Neonates Foundation of India (NFI) has been a proud participant in the last two editions of the TCS 10K Run. Through the funds raised in TCS10K, NFI has supported 20 babies over the last two years who required critical NICU care.
The Neonates Foundation of India (NFI) is actively participating in the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2025 with a mission to raise funds for neonatal care. This year, eight dedicated fundraisers are supporting the cause, working towards an ambitious goal of ₹25 lakhs. The event serves as a crucial platform for NFI to generate awareness and gather resources to provide life-saving medical support for newborns in need.

Gautham CB
This year brings a delightful experience once again!
Gautham is raising funds for the Neonates Foundation of India to support newborns in need. Every day, over 1,600 newborns lose their lives in India, yet 80% of these deaths are preventable with proper neonatal care. Each year, 3.5 million babies are born prematurely, and 40% of them do not survive beyond the first 24 hours due to inadequate neonatal facilities. Many underprivileged families are unable to access specialized Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) treatment due to high costs and a lack of infrastructure. The expenses associated with establishing NICU facilities make life-saving treatment inaccessible to a significant portion of the population.
With generous contributions, the Neonates Foundation of India can provide critical care to vulnerable infants fighting for survival.
Note: All donations to the Neonates Foundation of India are 50% tax-exempt under Section 80G of the IT Act, 1961.

Muthamma
Everyone has bad days, and if today happens to be one, here's hoping it gets better—because people genuinely care.
But if today is a good day, take a moment to imagine something simple—a box of Diwali sweets, perhaps a burger, or whatever brings joy. Now, think about its cost. That number in mind?
A little generosity can turn that amount into something truly meaningful. By donating to the Neonates Foundation of India, a newborn in need can be given a fighting chance at life. The alternative, as the foundation knows too well, is bleak and heartbreaking for families.
For taking the time to read this, a warm and heartfelt hug goes out to you. It’s free—just like kindness.

Prasad Chopade
Prasad is running to raise funds because he firmly believes that every newborn deserves a chance at life, regardless of their birthplace or their family’s financial situation. The statistics are heartbreaking—3.5 million babies are born prematurely in India each year, and nearly 40% don’t survive their first day simply due to a lack of access to proper medical care. When Prasad first learned about this crisis, he couldn’t ignore the unfairness of it—so many tiny lives were lost, not because they couldn't be saved, but because help didn’t reach them in time.
For struggling families, the cost of a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is overwhelming, often leaving them with no choice but to hope for a miracle. The Neonates Foundation of India works to be that miracle—providing life-saving care to premature babies who would otherwise have no chance.
Running for this cause is deeply personal to Prasad. Having faced anxiety and loneliness at a young age, he found strength in running—it became his way of pushing past challenges and regaining control. Now, he runs not just for himself, but for those who can’t—for the newborns fighting for their first breath and for the parents who hold onto hope.
Every step he takes is a step toward saving a life. Together, more babies can be given the future they deserve.

Vinayaka
Vinayaka is reaching out with a heartfelt appeal for support in an urgent cause that impacts the most vulnerable among us—critically ill newborns from underprivileged families.
Every day, thousands of newborns face life-threatening illnesses, yet many do not have access to the essential healthcare needed to survive. For families struggling financially, affording the necessary treatments is nearly impossible, leaving their children without life-saving medical care.
Committed to making a difference, Vinayaka is raising funds for curative healthcare to support these newborns. The funds will go directly toward providing critical medical treatments, neonatal care, and life-saving surgeries that can give these fragile infants a fighting chance. With generous contributions, these children can grow up healthy and strong, surrounded by the love and care of their families.
Every donation, no matter how small, can make a world of difference. Beyond donating, spreading the word by sharing this cause with friends, family, and social networks can help amplify its impact.
By coming together, no newborn should be denied the chance to live a healthy life simply due to financial constraints. Vinayaka is calling on kind-hearted individuals to join in this mission—because their generosity can bring hope to families in need.

Ranjini Gupta
Ranjini Gupta is making her 10th year of participating in the TCS World 10K even more meaningful by supporting the Neonates Foundation of India. Inspired by a dear friend who has been dedicated to this cause for years, she has chosen to run for a purpose—giving hope to the tiniest fighters and their families.
The Neonates Foundation of India works tirelessly to provide premature babies with the specialized care they need to survive. Every year, India loses more than 750,000 newborns, many of whom require critical medical attention that their families simply cannot afford.
Ranjini believes that financial limitations should never determine a newborn’s chance at life. By raising funds for NFI, she hopes to ensure that no baby is denied life-saving care due to a lack of resources.
She invites everyone to join hands in this noble cause and contribute towards giving these fragile lives a fighting chance.
