PRIYAM BORTAMULI
Director Of Operations
Driven by a passion for empowerment, I inspire and motivate individuals and teams to achieve their peak performance.
For almost two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to navigating the world of communications, spending the past 17 years specifically within the Indian healthcare sector. This experience has instilled in me a deep understanding of how to effectively communicate complex medical information and empower individuals to make informed decisions. My expertise spans corporate communications, branding, and marketing, allowing me to translate intricate medical concepts into accessible and engaging narratives.
However, my connection to healthcare extends far beyond my professional life. As a mother of a NICU child, I have a personal understanding of the challenges and triumphs faced by families in that space. This experience has fueled my desire to contribute to the Foundation, where I can leverage my skills to support and advocate for families navigating the complexities of neonatal care.

SUMA JAIRAM
Sr. Lead Program & Strategic Partnership
Self-motivated and driven by a passion for social development, I bring 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, the private Sector & Social Development arena with expertise in Operation & Program Management, Human Resources, and strategies.
Currently, my meaningful journey in the Neonates Foundation of India in supporting “Little Fighter” gives my life purpose and contentment by serving the underserved community.
Alongside my professional pursuits, I have a keen interest in music and travel, always eager to explore and embrace new experiences and learnings

Dr. CHETHANA HS
Advisor
I am a Medicolegal professional and a teaching faculty working in the field of Healthcare Quality, Audits and Medicolegal practice for the last 23 years.
As a doctor and mother, my heart goes to the sick babies and their helpless parents and as a lawyer fighting for justice and equity, my mind goes to every new born’s right to survival that needs to be upheld and it is the moral, ethical and legal duty of the society to work towards this common cause for mankind.
I have been closely working with NFI to help identify and empanel high end NICU care hospitals. I am also a part of Donation Recommendation Committee which looks into the medical, financial and ethical criteria of every beneficiary.

BHAVANI M
Accounts Executive
I am an ambitious and goal-oriented individual with a vibrant, friendly nature and contagious enthusiasm. My ability to multitask effectively has been a key factor in my professional journey, allowing me to seamlessly balance various roles and responsibilities. My Professional Experience spans 10 years, with a focus on Accounts, Finance, Audit and Taxation.
In addition to my career in taxation and Accounts, I am also passionate about women’s empowerment. Since 2020, I have channelled this passion into my brand, Dhwani’s, where we focus on supporting women and NGOs. These efforts will highlight our commitment to making a positive impact and championing social causes.
My passion extends beyond the professional aspect as a vocalist, I have contributed my musical talents to various projects, including my work with Shankar Mahadevan Academy, Rasa Aadharan, Mythreyi Gurukula. Moreover, my experience as a tutor showcases my ability to impart knowledge and inspire others, further illustrating my multifaceted capabilities and dedication to personal and professional growth.

Vijai
Program Coordinator
Vijai is a dedicated non-profit professional with two years of experience in program management, community development, fundraising, and communications. He has successfully led initiatives that empower youth and mentor future leaders through strategic planning and data-driven execution.
He played a key role in managing the Youth for Governance Fellowship, guiding two cohorts of 50 students in active civic engagement and leadership development. Additionally, he contributed to the data management and monitoring of a community health initiative under the Ayushman Bharat Program of the Government of India, ensuring effective tracking of program impact. His expertise extends to fundraising, where he actively identified grant opportunities and supported the successful acquisition of government-funded projects.
Vijai also brings expertise in communications and social media management, having successfully led and executed awareness-building campaigns that amplified program outreach and engagement. His ability to leverage digital platforms has contributed to increased visibility and impact for various initiatives.
Beyond his professional commitments, Vijai is an avid reader of crime thrillers and an enthusiastic traveller with a passion for exploring offbeat destinations.
