NFI is a independent organisation which is registered as a sec 8 company under the companies act of 2013. We have partnership’s with various hospitals but we are not exclusive to any particular hospital.
NFI supports treatment exclusively for neonates i.e., babies between 1 and 28 days only.
NFI offer’s financial help/assistance to people from the economically weaker sections of society. We offer financial assistance to people with income as per the govt specified BPL (Below poverty line) and people earning up to 350% of the specified BPL category.

NFI will provide support for treatment at any hospital provided the hospital agrees to the prefixed rates at NFI and is willing to enter into a service agreement for the same.
NFI will be providing support for NICU related treatments like premature birth, Birth asphyxia etc.
Yes, You can apply for support. We can look at covering the cost after deducting the insurance amount/Govt scheme amount, provided you fulfil the rest of the eligibility criteria.
Donation related queries
Yes, you can claim exemption for 50% of your donation under sec 80G.
As per the new income tax guidelines, the IT dept will be issuing the tax exemption certificates for all donations. NFI will be getting the certificate in May of every year for all donations made in the previous year and the same will be sent to the Donor.
All individual donations go to a common pool and are then dispersed to the beneficiaries. Though it might not be possible for us too attach each donation to one patient, we will be updating you with details of cases being handled thru a newsletter.
